Having trouble getting through a particular workout? Does it just seem so long and daunting that you find yourself glancing at the clock at what seems like 2-3 second intervals? Try this, break down your set.
What I mean is take the number of reps, or the time of your exercise, and divide it into smaller chunks. Need to do 20 pushups? Do 5. Then 5 more. And 5 more. And 5 more. And done! Need to hold a squat for 1-minute? Hold it for 15 seconds, then another 15 seconds, etc. Before you know it you’ll be done!
